Summary
To recap, do not judge or control yourself or others as you will feel bad and not get what you want. To figure out when you are treating yourself or others like an object, look to your emotions, as a bad emotion is a clear indication that you are treating someone else or yourself as an object. When you treat someone like an object, then understand that you will not get what you want from them, as they will resist being treated as an object.
This understanding of negative emotions is vitally important to be able to continue to understand life. If objectifying people is the reason why we feel bad, then we must also stop objectifying ourselves and others with matters such as money, beauty, relationships and we can now have a better understanding of what justice should really be about.
