Stop Depression and Anxiety
Signs of Depression, Anxiety, Sadness, and Jealousy are indicators from our body that something is not right, but do we really know what our emotions are trying to tell us? People come to believe that they are their bad emotion (“I’m just really sad and depressed”) or that they should act because they have a bad emotion (“You made me angry so that means I should get you back”), but the idea of a bad emotion and why we have them has never been explored. So lets examine why we feel depressed, angry, sad or any other bad emotion.
