How Do You Get What You Want From People?

posted by Stevie B on April 18th, 2008

There are two types of thoughts you can have to get what you want.  The intention of wanting and the idea of expecting. Since I am not an object, and neither are you, we cannot expect, which leaves us only one type of thought left.

What we want.

This is how we, as living beings, should communicate with each other. Your interactions with people should be about what we both want. Therefore, if you wanted to sell a product to someone so that you can make money, what must be understood is that you cannot control this person to buy it. You can only express your wanting to sell it and in turn the buyer has to want to buy it. Only through dual wants will you achieve what you want from someone else.
