How Do I Figure Out What I Want If I Can’t Judge?

posted by Stevie B on April 18th, 2008

You can do this by understanding who you are.  In the article that explains who you are, we found out that you are not your thoughts, emotions, actions or results in your life and instead you are the thing that chooses which thought to use. When you choose a thought, it creates your thoughts, emotions, actions and results in your life. Therefore, you can treat your thoughts, emotions, actions and results as objects, because you are not defined by them, which allows you to judge them.

So you can judge your body, thoughts, actions, emotions and results, or BTAER, because you and others are not your BTAER. Therefore, you can figure out what you want by judging people’s BTAER as long as you realize that other people are not their BTAER.  They are the chooser of thought, just like you.
