How Do I Figure Out What I Want If I Can’t Judge?

posted by Stevie B on April 18th, 2008

You can do this by understanding who you are. Since we found out that you are not your thoughts, emotions, actions or results in your life and instead you are the gardener that plants the seeds that give you your thoughts, emotions, actions and results in your life. Therefore, you can treat your thoughts, emotions, actions and results as objects. However, there must be a recognition that a person can change because they can change their thoughts. Therefore, someone’s previous thoughts, emotions and actions are not a reflection of who they are today or tomorrow. It is only a reflection who they were in the past.

So you can judge your body, thoughts, actions, emotions and results because you and others are not your body, thoughts, actions, emotions and results.
